ACCOMODATION The studio apartment Luxury Licitar Heart is located nearby the Main Railway Station, the well-known Importanne Shopping Center, and a fitness park. Just beside it are the Botanical Garden on the one side, and on the other Concert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski with two beautiful cafès, the City Council, Justice Palace, Ministry of Justice, Croatia’s Railway Museum and the Main Bus Station. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Main Railway Station, a 3-minute walk to the tram station, and it takes 10 minutes to reach the Main Bus Station. It takes 15- minute walk to the main Zagreb square and high street shops on the  Zagreb longest street Ilica. There are also many cafès and excellent restaurants here. There are many eye-captivating and resourceful places around the apartment, such as the Art Pavillion, Croatian National Theatre, Archeological Museum and Mimara Museum which has the greatest Croatian collection of art worldwide. Also, very close  is Strossmayerovo šetalište, an Upper City promenade with a bautiful view of the city, famous for its street theatres and festivals. In the proximity of a 20- minute stroll you can reach the Upper City and visit the sights such as Lotršćak Tower, St Mark’s Church, Zagreb City Museum, the oldest pharmacy in Zagreb, Ban’s Palace, the Croatian Parliament, Stone Gates, the Bloody Bridge, and some neogothic architecture from  Zagreb such as the Cathedral.
